this video seems to underplay Britain and Churchill’s role. the public do the same with regard to Iraq war and scapegoat Bush too much. it seems This country has its subtle propaganda too
@JapanYamatoman Actually, it DIDNT suit their purpose, as the history since demonstrates…it did suit certain corporate interests within the US and Britain, but not their national interests, just as the invasion of Iraq didnt suit US intersests…
@bruk5 These regimes WERE considered legitimate, until they acted in ways that degraded their legitimacy
As an American, this video is truly embarassing to me. Any stupid idiot who blindly says America is the greatest nation on Earth should take a look at some of our records in places like Iran. We don’t have much to be proud of.
@EdwardRommel it’sfunny because the CIA did play a role in all of it.
A lot of this video is fact, most American media sources (especially Fox) are the real propaganda.
And that’s because the CIA underestimated some of the people, in fact Carter even said he thought the Shah could handle himself, but underestimated the hatred that was against him.
The CIA has interfered with many other country’s democracies just to support candidates that held their best interests.
@JapanYamatoman
It’s not as simple as you think.
Where was the CIA in 1978-79 when the Shah was having problems?
Where was the CIA in 1959 when Bautista had problems in Cuba?
Where was the CIA in 1979 when Somoza had problems in Nicaragua?
The CIA was like the KGB..they could try to support certain candidates ..but ultimately it was the people who chose who they wanted.
A lot of this video is just anti-US propaganda.
@EdwardRommel more than you think, my friend.
And what are you talking about, they did. After Mossadeq left, he went back to office because of the Shah’s bend to popular opinion. Many did take to the streets, just for CIA payed-off agents to go to violent intimidation. And after he was overthrown, many of his supporters along with many other political opponents were executed thanks to the CIA trained SAVAK.
first of al @Bruk5 have a coke and a smile and shut the fcuk up..
second @ EdwardRommel….no you donĀ“t know anything about anything apparently..
first you are in no position to say that mossadeg was not popular…
MOSSADEG WAS AND IS A GIANT FIGURE IN HISTORY, EVEN INTERNATIONAL
GREATER THEN ANY SO CALLED LEADER YOUR COUNTRY PRODUCES.
U.S. NOTHING MORE BUT LIFESUCKING PARASITES OF THE WORLD..
I WAIT FOR THE DAY THAT JUSTICE PREVAILS
@JapanYamatoman
You don’t really know much about the history of the oil industry…the oil driller always gets alarge % of the oil profits because most holes drilled are dry holes.
Mossadeq wasn’t as popular as you think…or the Iranian people would have taken to the streets to support him…they did not support him.
CIA is actually the source of this documentary! You can search this at the archive of National Geografie chanal.
Thats why most countries hate us/uk.coz both r basterds.these motherf..kers interfear everywhere to get things like oil 4 free.f..k west(us/uk)
blowback bitches
cold fusion would solve those problems..however I highly doubt the oil companies would let that happen sadly
im not reading anything with the pricks name in it
@Tinkerstien thank you
We should make efforts to communicate our intentions with the world around us as well. That we understand the sins of our leaders and that we intend to rise up and show the world exactly why we were once so great and adored the world around. First though, we must reconnect and make new connections to freedom and TRULY progress and change and TRULY serve the purpose of our founders by escalating and furthering the philosophy of a free world.
take care!
“Mossadeq was spared by the US’s request…”
lol probably out of guilt.
Youtube the following video titles at the bottom and watch them in order from top to bottom and you will get the big picture real fast what has been going against us since our birth of a nation, and why America is soooo far away from its original greatness and honor among great nations.

and we wonder why alternative fuels are soooo hard to come by … is it any wonder that alternative energy is squashed
do you think this same type sinario play out in Iraq ? ha
Economic Hitman … for more dirty tricks of the CIA
That seriously angers me how dirty the US and more specifically the CIA are. They go around supposedly promoting democracy, but only when it suits their purpose and when it doesn’t, they overthrow a democratically elected leader (who actually was a good guy) and instate the Shah, who was a brutal dictator, for what? OIL!!! Truly disgusting.
have u ever read tis book called..
“all the shah’s men”
totally awesome… talks about everything….
Thank you heaps
No problem. I’ve added some of the sources in the description section. IT was quite a while ago that I made this documentary so there are also other secondary sources such as articles and op-eds that aren’t listed.
Hope that helps.
Could you please include the sources you researched to get this information in the description of the video section?
I’d love to cite this video in my presentation on Operation Ajax, however I must remain dubious of it’s factuality unless it’s sources are properly listed; which is sad as I found it to be very informative and clearly presented.
