Six Officials From Kentucky Claim Carousels Flags

Kentucky officials asked the bankruptcy park operator Six Flags Inc.. Travelers Property and equipment in the dark amusement park in Louisville.

Government officials say the trips were taken into account as part of the land on which sits Kentucky Kingdom, one of which includes most of the Council of Kentucky State Fair.

In the bankruptcy court in Delaware has applied to remove officials from Kentucky, stating that the State owns an amusement, and the propensity to Six Flags.

The State filed a complaint last week after learning that six flags have been trucks begin removing equipment. It has a dispute with a letter to the six flags of the return; the company does not eliminate travel.

Six Flags filed a counterclaim, because it has one foot and use the Bankruptcy Code prohibits Kentucky. Six Flags ask permission to use the court rides, and a permanent injunction against attempts to abolish the state to take possession.

At the conference in the case is remanded to the scheduled April 14.

Kentucky authorities say at least four companies have expressed interest in taking over Kentucky Kingdom, the new operator could be in place until summer.
