Researchers have considered on Monday, where racial tensions Kentucky prison have caused riots that fire victims 16 people and left without locking in ruins.
Kentucky Justice Cabinet Representative Jennifer Brislin said prison Northpoint Training Center in Burgin, was placed under arrest after a brawl between white and Hispanic inmates on Tuesday. Block has been weakened, that access to prisoners in the prison yard Friday, before the riots.
