Kentucky News: Tiger’s Full Speed Ahead In Kentucky

Six players did not practice Thursday, while the Tigers were in pads for the second day just to practice bowl.

The best known faces were the absence of CJ Spiller and Jacoby Ford, who graduated in the early afternoon, joining four other football players from Clemson, who since the day after graduation.

“There will never be so old that they are at this stage,” said Coach Dabo Swinney. “To know regardless of what happens in football, they could succeed in life. They have something that nobody can take away received.

“This is really what it is.”

Swinney was a little late for practice areas, because he saw the final act of Littlejohn Coliseum.

“They were settled today. It was good to compete again. There were many well-to-good, much more competitive type of drill. It’s a good thing – the speed of the game and always in motion.”

During the year Swinney jayvee second is convenient for young players to get more work, when more than a regular practice. At the end of each bowl practice, practice and share another 20 minutes reserved for young players.

“This is very useful for our youth. It will be removed and all we can really focus on children at their own pace,” said Swinney. “I think we had a very good program and good structure.”

Tigers continue to work in full pads on Friday and Saturday, although the weather can dictate to Friday, otherwise.

“We really need to attach (Friday) and Saturday,” said Swinney.

The team will have a meeting on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as a bet-practice days.

“We’ll have to visit on Wednesday and Thursday and Friday, said Swinney.” We’re still here. It is in the near future.”

He will know on Friday if there are academic issues, to keep a player from participating in the cup. Swinney does not think there will be no loss classes.

This is usually a week to prepare for exams, he was not sure how the weeks ACC Championship May affect the assessment.

“I think that is uncharted territory for our team because we never played and practiced this week. The boys have always had the time to really prepare for exams,” he said.

Swinney said his main concern was to return to Clemson clock at 5 am the next morning, Sunday.

“I’m tired. They were tired. Then Monday is the final, “he said.” It was just slow through, so to speak. Hopefully we will not lose anyone.”
