This video describes important parts of the fundamental work of the horse therapist Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling. For a better and correct understanding and to avoid misunderstandings, it is important to connect the shown video with his background, which we are adding in the following lines: Klaus Ferdinand Hempfling continues shaking up equestrians all over the world, with response in all fields like natural horsemanship, horse whispering, classical and freestyle dressage, equestrian sports, western riding, endurance and eventing. He considers the horse’s psyche and communicates via body language with these beautiful creatures. His first book, ‘Dancing with Horses’ met with overwhelming international success, especially in pleasure riding and natural riding. One of the newest publications with huge impact is The Path of The Horse by Stormy May www.thepathofthehorse.com where Hempfling is portrayed together with Alexander Nevzorov, Mark Rashid, Linda Kohanov and Carolyn Resnick. One of his specialities is the work with difficult horses …
There are no bad horses only bad people. I work with rescued and often abused horses. The first thing you need to do is do be kind to them. Get them to trust you. The first horse looked like he had his tail docked (cut off) no wonder he was angry and surrounded by those military type macho men. Then all the people riding with NO HELMET or body protector on. Please be kind to your horses. If you do not know how to train them find someone who will do so with love and kindness.
@Tokiohotelrock135 Yes,i agree with you there. Im probley no younger than you are (a teenage girl). I recently traded a dead broke Twh crossed filly for a blm mustang stallion? i think he is a stallion and i have utter companionship with him. He will come to me,follow me with out a lead a nd he totaly trust me and i’ve even taken him by mares in heat and if i say no,he walks on. The reason i say he is a stallion is bc his papers do not say he is gelded so i assume hes not. its amazing (:
@ EmoCowgirl221- check n see if the horse has balls or not
mmh.. I think that most of the problems arise from wrong upbringing/training, as long as they are not physical… and that many psychological problems can be solved, just by taking care of the horses soul and human “training” to be in a relationship with their horses.
its amazing!
This is absoutly amazing
You see the people there pulling on the lead rope, I think everyone needs to learn a bit about body language and presence. I’m sick of people thinking that they are problem horses…when they are not. I would give anything to be able to connect with horses in the way Klaus does.. he truly knows how to connect with the horses soul.
i love the grey horse that woman is riding
@TheSqueenie I don’t know if this is correct but if my horse (Not really my horse but i like to think he is) had a temper tantrum, I would back him up and if he did it really bad i would back up and shank. Not so hard that he can’t breathe or anything, just enough to let him know that what he did is not accepable. (i think that is how i spell acceptable)
while watching this video, i really cried… it’s a wonderful video. think, one of the best videos !
I think this is amazing, and if theres ONE thing I hate most it’s when people think they can beat their horses into sumbition, make them do anything they want by thretning and hurting the poor animal. When really, all that does is create tension and bad energy between the pair, I love this type of work and I’d love to have the guts to do this type with my horse who I can;t lunge or he will jump and try to kick and rear and spin. Im not brave enough, but I wish to be some day . (: x
@Chriserdejlig Thanks for your comment and your question. Klaus has a school on a tiny island. There, he offers seminars and training courses. More information can be found on our channel. Thanks again. N2P
its totaly amazing, and i almost cant belive how he does it! i will try with my own horse
do anyone know if there is a place where you can learn this in denmark?
I like it ;D
At 1:57 the horse looked sad…
he is an actual miracle worker. i cant believe someone would be so cruel to such a beautiful animal. They take the horses for granted.
Thank you!
I am crying watching this – I have spent years the conventional way of training my horse until I finally heard my horse’s scream……… now I see things his way and he has become my greatest teacher. Thank you for this fabulous channel and for promoting such a better way to be with horses, they thank you for it
