But Ragu pizza sauce? If it comes in a jar and has a long shelf life, it’s packed with salt and chemicals. You can make your own sauce with tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, onions and garlic. And is that processed cheese you’re adding? More salt, chemicals and trans fat. I can’t tell if that’s salt or herbs you’re adding but either way, it’s completely coated! A bit much, no?
@goshadowkenny I totally agree with you, but he said he wasn’t going to use a lot of pizza sauce, and he’s using non-fat mozzarella, so it’s not that bad. I’ve been making pizza’s for years now, and I totally agree you could do way better, but I often make pizza’s for my family, so if I’d make the healthy ones, they would all be mad

@leanbodylifestyle I use wholegrain flatbreads instead of english muffins. Overall great recipe, great channel, these are much better than pizza pockets.

Ragu is gross, I call it raw goo, and it isn’t healthy at all it has tons of high fructose corn syrup in it. Also, don’t use fat free or low fat cheese use full fat the way it was meant to be.
