Im suprised he didnt write a song like “im floatin, im floatin in new orleans!” after being rescued from new orleans after hurricane katrina!
I just love Fats Domino and how typical to learn that he was such a great guy to meet -re mikeb439! He gave us so many great tracks but don’t forget about the other great guy – I am talking about Brook Benton. He too made a fab recording of this one.
