When I first saw this, I thought Rivera kicked O’Reilly’s ass, then I saw it again and realized what O’Reilly was trying to say — that immigration rules should have been enforced and Ramos deported as soon as he was committing crimes of public drunkenness, especially after the 1st drunk driving offense. O’Reilly never made his point.
