I`v seen bigger, like one time i saw a lighting strike where it was so brightt that it looked like 10:00 in the moring at 12:00 in the moring.

That’s what I’d call a crackin’ strike. Storms like that are rare over here in the UK but very occasionally I do get to see a close up strike.

I reckon that has to be one of the closest strikes recorded on camera. Great vid…thanks for sharing. I wish we had storms like that here.

@PUFCKG Where’s “here”? We get them every year between November and Feb mostly. They seem to be getting bigger though.. not to mention the floods, cyclones, bush fires, earthquakes, tsunamis all going on round here.. do yoy think Mother Nature is trying to tell us something?
