@1911arthur i am going to try and be as civil as possible. my friend please please educate yourself because when you say things like this you show what you dont know. please tell me the market ready replacement for gas in our society…… i only need one. we have no market ready systems for replacing gas today. many are being developed. but none is ready or will be in the next five years. the electric car is a lie for very very short sighted fools. where dose america get its electicty ..coal
scary, last time it was up like this i had people stop coming in, for their health, over a dollar or so extra cost on their drive….this week is dead is this why?

@Jimmyretired I live in the in Jungles of south east asia, Brazils jungles,eatting certain bugs and animals for food,and ripped a panther apart with bayonet,made covering with its skin,had aligator meat,Not bad at first,once you get the wild smell out! even had to burn my skin to stop bad bleeding,uh I’m okay! $5.00 per 3,8 L
$1.00 = 0.724375226 eur.
$5.00 / 3,8 = $1,32 per 1 L.
so with a fast calcuation
you pay 0.95 eur. per L.
and we pay 1.70 per L
We are paying much more per liter so please do not complain!!!
Its interesting that people are pointing the finger so much at gas prices while the US dollar is loosing so much value and every thing is costing more because you need to spend more of it on the world market to buy goods. So what are we doing to add value to our currency?

If you think that you are free than think again. We are slaves to the super rich, and to them we dont matter. Watch in the next few months gas,food,water prices will go up. Me personanlly I have been preparing for that to happen for years. Wind generators, greenhouse, raised beds, rain barrels for collecting water, food, etc etc.

@jnnycliff If you mean SF, I think the main reason the busses are slow in sf is because they stop almost every block, if im not mistaken, so yeah muni does need to consolidate stops and fix some of the light signaling, but I still think that the large presence of transit (and walk-ability) in san francisco makes getting around with out a car much easier especially when coming from a person such as myself who deals with the ever increasing absolute traffic fiasco that is west LA traffic.

5$ for a gallon is super price. in Lithuania we have 2$ for a litter or 7.4$ for a gallon! and funny part… minimum salary here is 325$, unemployment 18% (real 25%), heating bills are 250$ for 60 square meters studio. prices here like in Germany or Sweden and salaries like in Belarus.
